This is an example of a completed HeartFlow® 3D Model Analysis.

Cardiovascular Interventions now offers a new, non-invasive heart test called the HeartFlow FFRCT Analysis. This advanced test helps our medical providers determine whether a patient may have coronary artery disease (CAD), a condition where the arteries that supply blood to the heart become narrowed or blocked. Using a combination of trained analysts and AI algorithms, a detailed 3D model of the patient’s heart is generated, allowing providers to visualize blood flow and identify stenosis—plaque buildup that restricts circulation.

We are proud to be the first private office in Central Florida to offer this innovative testing. If your insurance does not cover this test we offer competitive self-pay pricing of $2300 for the CCTA FFRCT plaque analysis.

Heart disease is the number one reason adults in the United States pass away, and CAD is the most common type of heart disease. Nearly half of all adults may have it.1,2 CAD happens when the arteries to the heart narrow or get blocked, leading to less blood reaching the heart. This can cause chest pain, heart attacks, and even death. Knowing exactly where and how an artery is blocked can really help doctors make the best plan for treating a patient, including deciding if they need to do something to fix the blockage.

Even though CAD is very common, we need better ways to check for and diagnose it. Many of the tests we have today aren’t very accurate. Every year, about 4 million people in the U.S. get tested for CAD because they have chest pain, but a lot of these tests might not be needed. 2

If we suspect a patient may have blockages in the arteries of their heart, we may recommend a special imaging test called a Coronary CT Angiogram (CCTA). From this scan, the HeartFlow FFRCT Analysis creates a personalized 3D digital model of your heart—no extra appointments needed. This model, developed using expert review and advanced AI technology, shows how any blockages might be affecting your blood flow. With this clear, color-coded view of your heart’s arteries, we can better understand your condition and determine the best next steps for your care.
