Biography

Ashlie is a dedicated and experienced critical care nurse whose career reflects a deep commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional growth. She began her healthcare journey while pursuing an engineering degree and working as an office manager at a dermatology clinic. Through meaningful interactions with patients and their families, she discovered her true calling and transitioned into nursing.

She earned her Associate of Science in Nursing from Herzing University and later completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing while working at Orlando Health. She specialized in medical-surgical and neuro trauma intensive care.
Ashlie went on to work as a travel nurse, providing expert care in multiple Level I trauma centers across the United States. These experiences not only deepened her clinical expertise but also broadened her perspective on high-acuity care in diverse healthcare systems.

She advanced her practice by earning a Master of Science in Nursing from United States University and specializes in cardiac care. Ashlie is passionate about delivering holistic, evidence-based care that supports both individual patients and the broader community.

Originally from Hawaiʻi, Ashlie now lives in Orlando, Florida, with her fiancé, daughter, and their golden retriever, Marley. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time at the beach, and making lasting memories with her family.
