Biography

Dr. Jose Jacob, MD is a board-certified cardiologist with over 20 years of experience caring for patients with a wide range of heart conditions. He believes the best care comes from helping people see the bigger picture of their health, not just the heart in isolation. His goal is to give patients clarity, confidence, and the tools they need to protect their long-term wellbeing.

After completing his fellowship cardiology at the Weill Cornell Medical School New York, NY, Dr. Jacob went on to earn advanced credentials with the American College of Cardiology and the American College of Physicians. His expertise spans procedures, cardiovascular imaging, arrhythmia care, and heart failure management, but what patients often value most is the time he spends explaining their health in clear, understandable terms.

Dr. Jacob is passionate about education, prevention, and guiding patients toward sustainable lifestyle changes. He takes a whole-person approach to care, blending medical expertise with encouragement and support, so patients feel empowered to take charge of both their heart health and overall wellness.
