With social distancing being a key component of reducing the spread of COVID-19, Cardiovascular Interventions has built 6 new exam rooms. This will reduce the patient load in the waiting room allowing more patients to be triaged directly into the exam room.
Our goal is to reduce the movement of patients as much as possible. Vital signs and EKGs are performed directly with the patient in the same room. Discharging can also be performed there, as appointments can be scheduled in a close proximity.
The health and safety of our patients is always foremost in our minds and we will do our part in helping slow the spread of COVID-19.
