Biography
Brittney Osterhoudt was born in West Islip, NY but has been a part of the Central Florida community for nearly 30 years. She earned her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Florida International University – Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine in 2017 as the class president.
Her undergraduate degree was completed at the University of Central Florida. Go Knights! She completed dual bachelor’s degrees in biomedical sciences – Microbiology and Molecular Biology and Health Sciences. During her time at UCF, she was a campus leader as the vice president of International Medical Outreach and the Alternative Break Program Director of VolunteerUCF. It was there that she fell in love with volunteering and medical mission trips, which she hopes to continue soon.
Currently, she thoroughly enjoys working as a Physician Assistant at CVI, where she can work alongside and learn from the team, especially Dr. Jamnadas. She takes great pride in the excellent care provided to the patients and enjoys forming bonds and watching the progress they make towards a healthy lifestyle. She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and worked in Internal Medicine for two years prior to joining our group.
In her free time she loves travel, boating, concerts, reading, Disney, Universal and spending time with friends, family, her fiancé and their three cats.
